CELL C ‘SUB-TITLES’

South Africa is a country with 11 official languages. Only one cellular company had a call centre that would speak to you in any and all of those languages. To get this unique proposition across we did a spoof of a very well known local soap opera called Back Stage. All local soap operas in South Africa usually only have 2 sub-titles on screen at any given time. These are usually the 2 main languages (English and Afrikaans), with Xhosa being spoken. To show that our call centres speaks to you in all 11 languages, we changed that format.
